Ball Valve Torque is a necessary reference data for users to select a suitable Pneumatic Actuator or Electrical Actuator for a ball valve. If the actuator is not suitable for the valve, the valve torque might not be enough to open the valve.
Remarks:
1. The Ball Valve Open Torque Data is under Full Load Pressure.
2. Nominal Torque of Actuator or Driving Device = Valve Open Torque Data under Full Load Pressure Head x 1.5 times of Safety Factor.
3. The Ball Valve Torque mentioned in that Torque Chart is detected under the condition of clean gas or liquid transmitter substance. The data will vary a little if the transmitter substance is not clean.
