Simple Speaking, Pressure Regulating Valve is mainly used to regulate or control the valve's Inlet Pressure or Outlet Pressure. Flow Control Valve is mainly used to control the medium flow capacity. They mainly use the Actuator to control the opening ratio of the valve disc so as to control the flow capacity.
