CS41H Free Ball Float Steam Trap Problem Elimination
CS41 Free ball float steam trap is a common steam trap in our country. Its internal structure is a float ball , its hydrophobic process is carried out by the movement of the float ball. The condensate water in the valve body will make the ball arise under the float buoyancy, then the valve disc will open to drain the water. After drainage all water inside, the float ball will fall to seal the valve disc hole and form the valve sealing.
There's a Venting Bolt on the top of the steam trap and a drainage plug on the side bottom of the steam trap. The drainage plug is used to drain the dirt in the steam trap, and during the application,if this ball float steam trap inject a small amount of steam while drain the condensate water, then users need to fasten the vent bolt.
