Eliminations Methods

The Pressure reducing valve can’t reduce the pressure or malfunction occurred

1. There might be dirt on the sealing surface of the Main Valve or Pilot Valve.
2. The sealing surface of the Main Valve or Pilot Valve might be damaged.
3. The Spring for the Main Valve or Pilot Valve might have lost tension or be broken.
4. The feedback nozzle c might be blocked.
5. The Diaphragm might have been broken.
6. The piston Cylinder might be corroded or worn down.
7. The piston ring might be stuck in the piston ring groove.
8. Condensate might have been filled in the valve chamber.

1. Remove the dirt

1. Regrind or renew the Main Valve seat and Pilot Valve seat.

1. Renew the Spring

1. Remove the dirt in the nozzle.
2. Renew the diaphragm

1. dismantle the piston and clean it.

1. Modify or change the piston ring.

1. Loose the Plug and drain the condensate.

No steam passing through the valve

1. The Valve Bonnet might haven’t been assembled well.

1. The shifting of the upper gasket might have blocked the inlet and outlet nozzle.
2. The inlet nozzle of the pilot valve might have been blocked.

1. Dismantle the valve bonnet and then assemble it in a right position.
2. Move the gasket and make the gasket hole match the nozzle.
3. Dismantle the valve bonnet to remove the dirt.
