The development direction of the pressure or flow control valve
The problems existing in the applications of the flow control valves or pressure control valves
① The varieties of valve specifications and parameters. In order to adapt to the control requirements in the different industrial production such as the temperature, pressure, the features of the medium, etc, thousands of products with different styles and different specifications appeared, which makes it inconvenient to choose, install and supervise the control valves.
② The dependability is lower. There exists a big difference in the control valve characteristics before and after using it. For example, the leakage increases, the noise becomes louder, the reproducibility goes weak, which makes it difficult for the control valves to work stably for a long time.
③ The ponderosity brings difficulties to the control valves’ transportation, installation and supervising.
④ The flux properties of the control valve doesn’t match the characteristics of the controlled object in the industrial process, which results in the deterioration of the quality control system. The control valves’ ideal flux properties have been determined while production, but the various characteristics of the controlled objects in the industrial process and the changes of the pressure drop ratio will make the mismatching and the deterioration happen.
⑤The control valve will make loudly noise. In the industrial applications, the control valves’ noise becomes the main source of the noise in the industrial equipments. So to reduce the noise of the control valves becomes an important study task.
⑥ The control valve is a energy-consuming equipment. In the current state of the increasing energy shortage, the energy-saving technologies should be used to reduce the control valves’ energy-consuming and to improve the energy utilization.
