High Pressure Safety Valve

High pressure safety valve  is a kind of security valves and it belongs to automatic valve. The opening and closing parts of it is usually at NC State. When the pressure of the medium increases and exceeds the open rating, it will open automatically, and keep the pressure in certain requirements by emission the media outside the system. It plays a protective role in the personal safety and equipment operation.

The high pressure safety valve  can be classified by structure: vertical hammer, lever, spring-and pilot-(pluses); and it can be classified by the body structure: closed and unclosed. The closed valve is mostly used in the toxic and corrosive media, and the unclosed valve is mostly used in air and steam. The safety valve should be installed vertically. In order to avoid the pressure phenomenon, the outlet of the high-pressure safety valve should be no resistance. The high pressure safety valve should be tested before its installment, and the tightness should be checked often. The safety valve should be regularly checked.
