Control valve Working Temperature

Control Valves working temperature can be from -196 Deg C to 500 Deg C. But for different working temperature ranges, the material selected is different, the valve structure,especially for the Control Valve Bonnet is also different.

Control Valve Working Temperature and Material Selection:

1.Low Temperature:

LCB/LCC is used for control valves with working temperature upto -46 Deg C .

CF8 is used for control valves with working temperature upto -100 Deg C .

CF8M is used for control valves withworking temperature upto -196 Deg C .

2.Medium Temperature:

WCB is used for control valves with working temperature upto 425 Deg C .

(But for control valves with working temperature higher than 250 Deg C, Heat Radiator and Extended Bonnet Type should be used.)

3. High Temperature

WC6 is used for control valves with working temperature upto 540 Deg C .

(But for control valves with working temperature higher than 250 Deg C, Heat Radiator and Extended Bonnet Type should be used.)
