Structure of double seat regulating valve

The double seat regulating valve adopts a double number guiding structure and is equipped with a multi spring actuating mechanism. It has the advantages of compact structure, light weight, sensitive action, large valve capacity, accurate flow characteristics, and convenient disassembly and assembly. Widely used to accurately control process parameters such as pressure, flow, temperature, and liquid level of gas, liquid, steam, and other media to maintain a given value. Especially suitable for media with large differential pressure, large allowable leakage, and not very clean.
 
Double seat regulating valve for regulating the flow, pressure, and liquid level of the medium. Automatically control the opening of the valve according to the signal of the regulating position, thereby achieving the regulation of medium flow, pressure, and liquid level. The regulating valve consists of an electric actuator or a pneumatic actuator and a regulating valve. The regulating valve is usually divided into two types: the straight through single seat type and the straight through double seat type. The latter has the characteristics of large flow capacity, small imbalance, and stable operation, so it is typically suitable for occasions with large flow, high pressure drop, and low leakage. Valves are control components in fluid delivery systems that have functions such as shutoff, regulation, diversion, prevention of countercurrent, pressure stabilization, shunt, or overflow pressure relief. Valves used in fluid control systems range in variety and specifications from the simplest globe valves to various valves used in extremely complex automatic control systems. Valves can be used to control the flow of various types of fluids such as air, water, steam, various corrosive media, mud, oil, liquid metal, and radioactive media.
 
There are various types, such as standard type, corrugated pipe sealing type, jacket insulation type, and so on. The nominal pressure rating of the product includes a valve body diameter range of DN25-400. Applicable fluid temperatures range from - 250 ℃ to+560 ℃ in various grades. The leakage standards are Level III and Level IV. The flow characteristic is linear or percentage. A variety of specifications are available for selection.
