Diaphragm regulating valve is a type of valve that utilizes a thin film to directly throttle and reduce pressure.
Its working principle is similar to piston, gate, and slide valve pressure reducing valves, but it has its own unique characteristics: adjusting the flow rate of the medium by changing the throttling area or fluid viscosity; Adopting different materials, it can be suitable for various corrosive media and media containing abrasive particles; It has the advantages of small size, light weight, and simple installation.
The diaphragm regulating valve consists of three parts: the main control room, the guide rod mechanism (including the guide rod and guide sleeve), and the actuator (including the piston).
1. Main control room:
The function of the main control room is to control the air source pressure and display the outlet pressure value, while issuing signal commands to the actuator and pilot device to achieve automatic control and remote control functions.
2. Guide rod mechanism:
There are two main structural forms of guide rod mechanisms: one is a unidirectional guide rod structure; Another type is the three guide rod structure (three way conduit), which consists of a flanged main conduit and an executive conduit with three guide holes.
3. Executing agency:
Electric or pneumatic actuators can be selected according to different work requirements. Electric actuators are divided into two types: electromagnetic electric actuators and permanent magnet electric actuators; There are two types of pneumatic actuators: cylinder type and spring return type.
4. Pilot device:
According to needs, components such as manual directional switches, electro-hydraulic directional switches, or electromagnetic directional switches can be installed to achieve directional effects, in order to achieve voltage and current regulation.
5. Seals:
To ensure reliable sealing performance, sealing components such as packing boxes, packing boxes, packing rings, and retaining rings are installed on both sides of the diaphragm to ensure good sealing effect.
