Structural Principles
A graphite lubricated sliding piston ring is used between the upper part of the valve core and the cage cylinder body for sealing between the valve core and the cage. The valve cage and upper valve cover are also sealed with valve cap gaskets, spiral gaskets, etc. to ensure that upstream high-pressure fluid does not enter the downstream low-pressure chamber. In addition, the fluid passes through the balance connection hole at the top of the valve core and acts on both the bottom and top of the valve core, eliminating most of the static imbalance force and having a certain damping effect, reducing the impact of vibration and other disturbances caused by fluid flow.
Characteristic
1. The unbalanced force is small, and the allowable pressure drop is large
2. The flow capacity is large. Compared with other control valves of the same caliber, a double seat valve can flow more fluid, and the flow capacity of a double seat valve of the same caliber is about 20% -50% higher than that of a single seat valve.
3. The modification of the positive and negative valves is convenient.
4. Large leakage. The upper and lower valve cores of a double seat valve cannot be guaranteed to close simultaneously, therefore, the leakage rate of a double seat valve is relatively high, with a standard leakage rate of 0.1% C.
5. Poor anti erosion ability.
