Structural Principle
When the hydraulic oil of the system enters the inlet of the pilot overflow valve, it will then enter the inlet of the pilot valve through a small orifice. This orifice is very important, and the hydraulic oil also enters the upper chamber of the main valve core. When the pressure of the hydraulic oil at the inlet is less than the set pressure of the pilot valve, the pilot valve core is pressed against the inlet of the pilot valve by the spring, and the inlet of the pilot valve is in a closed state. At this time, there is no hydraulic oil flowing inside the orifice, The hydraulic oil pressure on both sides of the throttle hole is equal, and the hydraulic oil pressure acting on the main valve core is equal. Under the action of the main valve spring, the main valve core is pressed against the main valve inlet, and hydraulic oil cannot flow from the inlet to the outlet.
 
Working Principle
When pressure oil flows in from the inlet, the pressure acts on the lower plane of the main valve core. There is a damping hole designed inside the valve body, and after the pressure oil passes through, it enters the right chamber of the pilot valve and ultimately acts on the valve core of the pilot overflow valve. The valve core of the pilot overflow valve is in a normally closed state due to spring thrust, and the pre adjusted pressure of the spring can be adjusted through an external adjustment handle.
 
When the hydraulic pressure is less than the pre set pressure of the spring, the pilot valve core is always in a closed state, and at this time, the main valve core also has no corresponding action. When the system pressure rises, causing the internal hydraulic pressure of the pilot valve to be greater than the spring preset pressure, the pilot valve opens. Under the pressure reduction effect of the damping hole, a pressure difference is generated between the upper and lower parts of the main valve core. Therefore, the main valve core is lifted up, and the originally sealed oil inlet and outlet circuits are connected. The pressure oil is directly connected from the oil inlet to the oil outlet, achieving unloading.
