The valve body has high load-bearing capacity, and the channel is a straight through type. When fully open, it runs through the gate guide hole and is similar to a straight pipe, with very small flow resistance. The valve stem adopts composite packing and multiple seals, ensuring reliable sealing and low friction. When closing the valve, turn the handwheel clockwise to move the gate down to the bottom. Due to the pressure of the medium, the inlet sealing seat is pushed towards the direction of the gate, forming a larger sealing pressure ratio and forming the first seal. At the same time, press the ram towards the outlet sealing seat to form a double seal. When opening the gate, rotate the handwheel counterclockwise to move the gate up and connect the diversion hole with the channel hole. As the gate rises, the through-hole gradually increases. When it reaches its limit position, the diversion hole coincides with the channel hole, and it is now fully open.
Working Principle
When closing, the fluid pressure increases to 1.05 times the constant static pressure of the fluid under normal pressure, and an opening torque is generated to cause the inclined iron of the gate plate to move downwards, and drive the wedge block to leave the gasket seating surface, so that the check butterfly ring matches the groove on the valve body to form an elastic fastening bolt and achieve close contact. When opening or closing the channel opening, the self suction effect is generated due to the frictional force generated by the liquid flow on the check ring, thereby cutting off the flow path and changing the direction of the liquid flow. At the same time, due to the influence of unbalanced force on the valve disc, it vibrates slightly under its own gravity and spring elasticity to balance the working pressure difference between the inlet and outlet ends and reduce the resistance coefficient at the end, preventing the occurrence of backflow phenomenon. Therefore, it can effectively cut off the backflow, which not only has the function of cutting off, but also has the effect of saving energy and energy.
