Structural principle of pipeline connected solenoid valve

Structural Principle
The pipeline connected electromagnetic valve mainly consists of components such as piston, valve, electromagnetic coil, spring, and pipeline. When the electromagnetic coil is energized, the magnetic field generated by it will act on the permanent magnet core and cause it to generate magnetic force. At this point, magnetic force will act on the piston, overcoming the elastic force of the spring, causing the valve to open and the medium to flow. When the electromagnetic coil is not energized, the magnetic field disappears, the permanent magnet core loses its magnetism, and the piston is subjected to the elastic force of the spring, causing the valve to close and the medium flow to stop or be cut off. In this way, pipeline connected solenoid valves can achieve functions such as flow control and medium switching, and are widely used in industrial fluid control and automation systems.
 
Working Principle
The working principle is to use electromagnetic force to control the opening and closing of the valve, thereby achieving flow control of the medium in the pipeline. It has the advantages of simple operation, high reliability, and convenient maintenance, making it an ideal automation control device.
