Structural Principle
V-shaped ball valve is a valve with a V-shaped opening on one side of the hemispherical valve core. By adjusting the opening of the valve core and changing the cross-sectional area of medium flow, it is used to regulate the flow rate. It can also be used for switch control to achieve the opening or closing of pipelines. It has a self-cleaning function and can achieve small flow adjustment within a small opening range, with a large adjustable ratio.
Working Principle
The working principle of a V-shaped ball valve is to control the flow of fluid by rotating the valve ball. When the valve ball rotates, the V-shaped ball matches the V-shaped seat groove of the valve body to form a V-shaped flow channel, thereby controlling the flow of the medium. When the valve is closed, the ball tightly adheres to the valve body through pressure, achieving complete sealing.
