Structural principle of booster type pneumatic diaphragm valve

Structural principle:
The booster type pneumatic diaphragm valve consists of a pneumatic membrane actuator and a regulating valve. The booster type pneumatic diaphragm valve mainly consists of a gas chamber, a membrane, a thrust disk, a spring, a push rod, an adjusting nut, a valve position scale, a valve stem, a valve core, a valve seat, a stuffing box, a valve body, a valve cover, and a bracket. (The structure diagram is as follows)

Working principle:
The action of the booster type pneumatic diaphragm valve is to input the signal pressure from the regulator into the air chamber of the pneumatic actuator to generate a thrust force. The valve core is pushed through the connecting push rod, resulting in a corresponding displacement - namely, a stroke. The change in the position of the valve core changes the flow cross-sectional area of the valve, thereby achieving the purpose of regulating the medium flow.
