Structural principle of three position five way directional valve

Structural Principle
The three position five way directional valve is composed of valve body, valve core, spring, sealing ring, handle, and other parts. The valve body is a three-dimensional box structure with three perforations opposite the valve body, each of which is connected to the three working positions of the valve core. The valve core is inserted into the valve body and can be moved between three working positions to achieve different flow direction switching.
 
Working Principle
The function of hydraulic pressure is to control the position of the valve core through the spring and hydraulic pressure on the valve core. When hydraulic pressure acts on the valve core, the valve core will be moved by the pressure, thereby changing the flow direction of the liquid in the hydraulic system. When the hydraulic pressure disappears, the valve core will return to its initial position under the action of the spring.
Hydraulic control is achieved through control components. The control components can be manually operated handles, electromagnets, etc., as well as automatically controlled sensors, motors, etc. By controlling the components, the flow direction of liquid in the hydraulic system can be changed, thereby achieving coordinated movement of various components in the system.
