Structural principle of three position four way directional valve

Structural Principle
The three position four way electromagnetic directional valve is composed of an electromagnet, valve core, spring, valve body, and other parts. Among them, the electromagnet is a key component that controls the movement of the valve core, and it controls the position of the valve core through electromagnetic force. The valve core is a key component of the valve, which can move within the valve body to change the flow direction of the liquid. The spring is the reset component of the valve core. When the electromagnet loses power, the spring will reset the valve core to its initial position. The valve body is the outer shell of a valve, which serves to support and secure the valve.

Working Principle
The working principle of a three position four way electromagnetic directional valve: It changes the position of the valve core through the control of an electromagnet, thereby changing the flow direction of the liquid. Specifically, when an electromagnetic iron is energized, it generates a magnetic field that attracts the valve core to move in the direction of the electromagnet, thereby changing the channel between the valve core and the valve body, allowing the liquid to flow in the new channel. When the electromagnet loses power, the spring will reset the valve core to its initial position, and the liquid will flow according to the original channel.
