Structural Principle
A regulating valve is usually composed of two parts: an electric actuator or a pneumatic actuator and a valve body. There are two main types of straight stroke: straight single seat and straight double seat. The latter has the characteristics of high flow capacity, low imbalance force, and stable operation, so it is usually particularly suitable for situations with high flow rate, high pressure drop, and large leakage.
 
Working Principle
The regulating valve receives control signals from the regulating control unit and uses power operation to change the fluid flow rate. A common control circuit consists of three main parts. The first part is a sensitive component, which is usually a transmitter. It is a device that can be used to measure the adjusted process parameters, such as pressure, liquid level, or temperature. The output of the transmitter is sent to the regulating instrument - the regulator, which determines and measures the deviation between the given or expected value and the actual value of the process parameters. One by one, the calibration signal is sent to the final control element - the control valve. The valve changes the flow rate of the fluid, allowing the process parameters to reach the expected values..
