Structural principle of diverter collector valve

The diverter valve is an inlet flow distribution valve that divides the incoming oil into two equal parts. Generally used in synchronous systems with two hydraulic cylinders or two hydraulic motors. The flow divider valve, also known as the equalizing valve, flows into the inner chambers of the left and right valve cores from the oil inlet holes of the flow divider valve core, and into two hydraulic cylinders. Or the motor passes through the left and right oil outlet holes respectively. Due to the same hydraulic resistance in the oil inlet holes on the valve cores of the two diverter and collector valves, the oil flow is divided into two paths, flowing into two hydraulic cylinders or motors with the same flow rate and causing them to move synchronously. When gathering, two pressure oil flows merge into one and return to the fuel tank. Its principle is the same as the diversion working condition, playing a dual direction and same speed role.
