Structural Principle
The two position three way solenoid valve is controlled by a dual coil. One coil is momentarily powered on and turns off the power and opens the valve, while the other coil is momentarily powered on and turns off the power and closes the valve. It can be kept closed or open for a long time, which can prolong the lifespan of the coil.
Working Principle
The working principle of a two position three way solenoid valve is to control the opening and closing of the valve through the attraction and release of an electromagnet. An electromagnet is composed of a coil and an iron core. When energized through the coil, a magnetic field is generated, which attracts the iron core and causes the valve to open or close. When the coil loses power, the iron core loses its magnetism and the valve returns to its original position.
