Structural principle of vertical automatic exhaust valve

Structural Principle
There is a float inside the valve body, which has a lower density and can float on the liquid surface. When gas accumulates at the top of the valve in the system, the pressure of the gas will push the float to sink. The sinking of the float causes the piston inside the valve to move upwards, and the gap allows gas to escape from the top of the valve. When the internal gas of the system is exhausted, the valve closes and the float will float up and return to its initial position.
 
Working Principle
The working principle of a vertical automatic exhaust valve is based on the principles of fluid mechanics. When a liquid flows, gases and air often remain in the liquid. When a liquid passes through a pipeline, changes in its velocity can also affect the behavior of gases and air. In areas with slow liquid flow rates, gas and air often condense into bubbles, which often cause pipeline resistance and affect the efficiency of pipeline systems. The vertical automatic exhaust valve can quickly discharge gas and air from the pipeline through the action of a float, ensuring smooth flow of fluid in the pipeline. After the gas and air are discharged, the float will fall back to its original position and close the exhaust port.
