Structural Principle:
A pressure reducing valve is a device that controls the opening of the opening and closing components inside the valve to regulate the flow rate of the medium, increasing the pressure of the medium. At the same time, it uses the pressure behind the valve to adjust the opening of the opening and closing components, keeping the pressure behind the valve within a certain range. Cooling water is then sprayed into the shell or behind the valve to increase the temperature of the medium. These fittings are called pressure reducing and temperature reducing valves. The manual selection of pressure reducing valves is included. The characteristic of this valve is to maintain the outlet pressure and humidity values within a certain range while the inlet pressure is constantly changing.
 
Working Principle:
When the inlet pressure of the pressure reducing valve is greater than the set value, the valve core will close, preventing fluid from passing through; When the inlet pressure drops to a certain extent, the valve core will open under the action of the spring, allowing fluid to pass through. The spring and diaphragm or piston inside the valve body work together to regulate the outlet pressure of the valve and maintain stability.
