Structural Principle
The interior of the inverted bucket steam trap is a liquid level sensitive component with an inverted bucket opening downwards. The inverted bucket is connected to a lever to drive the valve core to open and close the valve. The inverted bucket steam trap can discharge air, is not afraid of water hammer, and has good anti fouling performance. Low undercooling, steam leakage rate less than 3%, maximum back pressure rate of 75%, and more connectors.
 
Working Principle
When the device is first started, air and low-temperature condensate appear in the pipeline. At this time, the steam trap is fully open, and the air and low-temperature condensate are quickly discharged, causing the device to quickly raise the temperature. When steam enters the inverted bucket, it generates upward buoyancy, and the connecting lever of the inverted bucket drives the valve core to close the valve. There is a small hole on the inverted bucket that can automatically exhaust air. When some steam is discharged from the hole, another part of the steam produces condensate, causing the inverted bucket to lose buoyancy and sink. The connecting lever of the inverted bucket drives the valve core to open the valve. When steam enters the inverted bucket again, the valve closes again, circulates, and intermittently discharges water.
