Structural principle of right angle one-way valve
Structural Principle:
A right angle one-way valve is mainly composed of a valve body, an inner chamber, and a piston made of hard alloy. The valve body is divided into two parts: inlet and outlet, with the inner chamber connected to the inlet and the outlet connected to the inner chamber. The piston is installed in the inner chamber and tightly seals the outlet with the force of the spring.
Working Principle:
A right angle one-way valve is a valve installed in a pipeline system that can achieve control of one-way flow. Its structure is relatively simple, mainly including three parts: valve body, valve seat, and valve disc. When the fluid enters the valve body from the inlet, the valve disc is pressed against the valve seat, thereby achieving one-way flow control. If the fluid flows in the opposite direction, the valve disc will be pushed away from the valve seat, the valve will open, and the fluid can continue to flow.
