Structural principle of right angle one-way valve(1)

Structural Principle:
A right angle one-way valve is mainly composed of a valve body, an inner chamber, and a piston made of hard alloy. The valve body is divided into two parts: inlet and outlet, with the inner chamber connected to the inlet and the outlet connected to the inner chamber. The piston is installed in the inner chamber and tightly seals the outlet with the force of the spring.
 
Working Principle:
When the fluid enters from the inlet end, the pressure acts on the valve core, overcoming the elasticity of the spring, causing the valve core to leave the valve seat, thereby opening the channel and allowing the fluid to flow towards the outlet end. When the fluid flows in the opposite direction, the valve core is tightly attached to the valve seat under the action of spring force, preventing the fluid from passing through and achieving one-way flow. In addition, some right angle one-way valves also include a spring. When there is no pressure difference, the force between the spring and the fluid is balanced, and the valve remains closed; When there is fluid passing through, the valve is pushed open, allowing the fluid to flow.
