Structural principle of micro regulating valve
Structural Principle:
The micro regulating valve adjusts the flow or pressure by changing the valve opening. Generally speaking, micro regulating valves are composed of components such as valve bodies, valves, and seals. The valve controls the flow of liquid or gas by rotating or lifting, while the sealing element serves as a seal to prevent other uncontrolled media from leaking through the valve.
Working Principle:
The working principle of a micro regulating valve is to control the fluid flow rate by changing the cross-sectional area of the flow channel. When it is necessary to increase the flow rate, rotate the adjusting screw clockwise to compress the spring, move the valve disc upwards, increase the cross-sectional area of the flow channel, accelerate the fluid flow rate, and increase the flow rate. When it is necessary to reduce the flow rate, rotate the adjusting screw counterclockwise to extend the spring, move the valve disc downwards, reduce the cross-sectional area of the flow channel, slow down the fluid flow rate, and decrease the flow rate.
