Structural principle of pressure regulating valve

Structural Principle:
A pressure regulating valve is a control device used to control fluid pressure. Its basic principle is to use the principle of force balance on the valve core, adjust the position of the valve core, and control the pressure of the fluid passing through the pipeline within a certain range. A pressure regulating valve generally consists of a valve body, valve core, spring adjustment device, and adjustment nut.

Working Principle:
When the fluid passes through the valve body, due to the upward and downward movement of the valve core, the pressure of the fluid compresses the spring upwards, and the elastic effect of the spring causes the valve core to move downwards, thereby achieving the purpose of flow regulation. Specifically, when the flow rate decreases, the valve core moves downwards, and the compression spring causes the valve core to move upwards, restoring the fluid pressure to the set pressure value. When the flow rate increases, the valve core moves upwards and the spring relaxes, causing the valve core to move downwards, thereby reducing fluid pressure and controlling its flow rate within the set range.
