Structural Principle
A double seat regulating valve consists of a valve body, valve seat, valve disc, valve stem, and actuator. There are two seat holes on the valve body, which are called concentric seat valve bodies; The valve seat also has two identical seat holes, and the gap between the seat holes is called a plug; The upper and lower ends of the valve disc are respectively connected to the actuator and valve stem, and the up and down movement of the valve stem can be controlled by the actuator to control the up and down movement of the valve disc within a certain range, thereby regulating the flow rate of the medium.
Working Principle
When the actuator receives the adjustment signal, the valve stem moves up and down, causing the valve disc to move relative between the plug and the valve seat. At this point, the regulating medium flows through the gap between the two plugs through the valve seat, creating a pressure difference that drives the valve disc to move up and down until it reaches equilibrium through the flow channels of the two plugs. At this point, the flow rate of the medium also reaches a dynamic equilibrium state.
