Structural Principle
There are two types of one-way valves: straight through and right angle. The straight through one-way valve is installed on the pipeline with a threaded connection. There are three types of right angle one-way valves: threaded connection, plate connection, and flange connection. Hydraulic control one-way valve, also known as a locking valve or pressure maintaining valve, is the same as a one-way valve to prevent reverse flow of oil. But when reverse flow of oil is required in the hydraulic circuit, control oil pressure can be used to open the one-way valve, so that the oil flow can flow in both directions. The hydraulic control one-way valve adopts a conical valve core, so the sealing performance is good. When it is required to close the oil circuit, this valve can be used as a one-way lock of the oil circuit to maintain pressure. There are two types of oil leakage control methods for hydraulic one-way valves: internal leakage and external leakage. In oil circuits with no back pressure at the reverse outlet of the oil flow, an internal leakage type can be used; Otherwise, an external leakage type is required to reduce the control oil pressure.
Working Principle
The medium inside it flows in one direction to prevent reverse flow. Usually, this valve operates automatically. Under the pressure of unidirectional fluid flow, when the valve disc opens and the fluid flows in the opposite direction, the valve disc overlaps with the valve seat through fluid pressure, thereby cutting off the flow. For example, when the air compressor inflates the air storage tank, a one-way valve should be installed between the air compressor and the air storage tank to prevent the air from flowing back into the compressor when the air compressor stops.
