High Pressure Thermodynamic Steam Trap

Generally TD42 Thermodynamic Steam Trap and other Y Type Thermodynamic Steam Trap can only be used for Pressure PN16-PN63, But High Temperature and High Pressure Disc Type Thermodynamic Steam Trap can be used for pressure PN100 and above.. The working temperature of this Disc Type Steam Trap can also be used for high pressure which is higher than 450 Deg C and above. So it's often applied for saturated steam main pipeline with high temperature and high pressure and in critical state of steam in turbine.

There are several Models for our High Temperature and High Pressure Disc Type Thermodynamic Steam trap:

1. HRW3 refers to Socked Welded Type with design pressure PN100, while HRF3 refers to Flanged Type with Design Pressure PN100. The max Discharge Capacity for this HR3 Type Thermodynamic Steam trap can be 400 KG/HR.

2. HRW150  refers to Socked Welded Type with Design Pressure PN160, while HRF150 Refers to Flanged Type with design pressure PN160.The max Discharge Capacity for this HR150 Type Thermodynamic Steam trap can be 600 KG/HR.

3. Both HRW80A and HRW260A refers to Socked Welded Type, but HRW80 A is with Design Pressure PN100 and its max discharge capacity can only be about 160 KG/HR, while HRW260A  is with design pressure PN260 and its max discharge capacity can be up to230 Kg/HR.
