Safety Valves's Order Notice

The order notice for general safety valves:

Following specifications should be presented while ordering general safety valves.

 Safety valve model, nominal diameter, nominal pressure, throat diameter, connection of inlet and outlet, and working pressure range.

 Safety valve’s working pressure range or opening or setting pressure value.

 The material of the valve body, valve disc, trim, spring, etc.

 The requirement for the outlet sealing pressure test of the safety valves with closed bonnet should be marked.

The manufacturing, test and inspection standard of the safety valve, etc.

The order notice for special safety valves:

While ordering special safety valves, besides the valve model, DN and setting pressure value, following specifications should be also presented.

The max value of the safety valve’s discharging capacity and the the min value of the back seat pressure.

The demanded capacity of the protected system or equipment and the Quantity of the valve number which are planned to install.

The safety valves’ working medium, g(for Liquid), Mole (for gas), component ratio( for liquid gas)

The medium’s working temperature, discharging temperature, etc.

The back pressure type and value of the safety valves.
