Safety Valve Introduction

Safety valve is the overpressure protection device on the pressure equipment, container and the pipelines. When the medium pressure overpasses the allowable value, the safety valve opens automatically so as to reduce the pressure. When the pressure decreased to the required value, the valve close automatically, thus ensure the equipment and pipelines working safely.

The closed bonnet of the safety valve can help prevent intrusion of the dust and debris, prevent the leakage of toxic and flammable media

The safety valve with open bonnet can help reduce the temperature of the spring chamber because of the open bonnet. It’s mainly applied to steam.

The safety valve with heat radiator is mainly suitable for the medium with the temperature over 350℃

The safety valve with a lever is used when the medium pressure is up to over 75% of the open value. The lever can be used to open the valve manually. (On the condition of safety.)

Full lift safety valve’s opening height is ≥1/4 time the flow diameter with a large discharge capacity. The Low lift type safety valve’s opening height is 1/20—1/40 time the flow diameter.
